The resort offered shuttle service to the city, a convenient perk. I found a local seafood restaurant near the resort, that served fresh seafood. Christy provided fantastic service. She tirelessly took great care of all clients. A wellness retreat resort!

The villa had a fine view and a spacious comfortable room. The outdoor shower was private, clean, and well-designed! I found the location to be beautiful and quiet. The lagoon view was perfect.

My hillside pool villa had amazing privacy and a great view. I used the resort bicycles to get to breakfast and dinner , which was convenient. I really liked having a dedicated WhatsApp thread with the hotel . It made asking questions easy.
The hotel is a bit far from town , so taxis are needed for off-site activities.

The complimentary shuttle service to the nearby city was convenient. It allowed easy exploration. the extensive breakfast buffet offered many culinary options for a satisfying start to each day. our villa provided lovely views and was like a private sanctuary.
the security did not seem up to par for a five-star hotel. the staff support regarding a missing item was slow and not effective. i felt it took too long to get precise information.

Really good Service and Beautiful Villas

The resort provided shuttle service to the city. The trip took about one hour. The on-site bird garden was enjoyed by my children. They also liked the bicycle rides. The free morning yoga and taichi classes were available to all guests.
I did observe that the inquiry about a missing item was slow. It took until late afternoon to get precise info. Ultimately, I had to forget about the item.
